I recently received planning permission for a property that my wife and I are renovating. CW Planning & Engineering Services Ltd were recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint. William drew up the plans and seamlessly guided them though the planning process. I highly recommend them for your next construction project! I was impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness of this firm. Communication is important when dealing with changes, as they take place on every project, and this firm was on point every step of the way.

We've dealt with Willie recently after being referred by an engineer in Limerick. Willie was excellent to deal with, and got our Planning Application up and running in no time. I'd have no hesitation in recommending CW for whatever project you need.

We contacted William having come across some of his impressive designs on social media, with a view to renovating and extending our family home. From the first phone call to planning approval, William was very approachable, knowledgeable and most importantly time efficient in managing a complex application which contained retention and new planning elements. We would highly recommend him.

We worked with CW planning for over a year between pre-planning on 2 separate sites and full planning on our final spot, I couldn’t recommend him more! We communicated mostly over WhatsApp as opposed to email which was always great for quick replies and suited us brilliantly. This was also great for the many queries we had over the tricky process that is your first planning application. For surveying he worked around our busy schedules and when it came to finalising our house drawings he took every idea we had and quickly/easily turned our vision into a reality for us no matter how many alterations we made along the way. If you’re looking for an engineer who has a a good well rounded knowledge of recent updates in local planning requirements and works quickly you can’t find a nicer or more reassuring person to work with. 👍
